Rosie Pinhas Delpuech (France-Turkey), laureate of the Gilbert Musy 2021 program. She is a Hebrew translator and during her residency she translated, among others, the novel "Muck" by the Israeli author Dror Burstein.

 

Sika Fakambi (France-Benin) presents and reads from her translation into French of Australian novelist Gail Jones’ book “Sixty lights”.

 

Asghar Nouri (Iran) presents and reads from his translation into persian of the Swiss writer Jérôme Meizoz’s novels “Absolument moderne!” and “Séisme” (Editions Zoé) .

 

Regina López Muñoz (Spain) is presenting and reading from her translation into spanish of the French writer Céline Curiol’s novel “Les lois de l’ascension” (Actes Sud)

Bojan Savić Ostojić (Serbia) is presenting and reading from his translation into serbian of the Swiss writer Agota Kristof ‘s novel “L’ analphabète” (Editions Zoé)

Adrien Gygax reads from his second novel “Se réjouir de la fin” (Grasset 2020).

 

Rosie Pinhas Delpuech reads from her new novel “Le Typographe de Whitechapel” (Actes Sud 2021) and an essay published by the French newspaper Libération for its Summer series “Where do you write from?”.

Erz Darwiesh reads two excerpts from his last text “Timeless” written directly in English, composed of 14 parts, about his trauma after the revolution in Egypt.

 

Tareq Samin reads some of his poems written in Bengali language and translated into English

Beth Ann Fennelly reads from her last book “Heating and Cooling, 52 Micro-Memoirs” (W.W. Norton) and presents few other poems.

 

Antoine Jaccoud presents his work in French and reads different excerpts of it, some old some recent.

 

Carsten Jensen presents his novel “Vi, De Druknede” (Gyldendal) in English “We, The drowned” (Vintage) and reads an excerpt of it.

 

Rein Raud presents and reads an excerpt from his novel “The death of the perfect sentence” a story of love and spycraft set in Estonia during the last moments of Soviet power.

 

Shpëtim Selmani reads a poem written directly in English at the Château de Lavigny, an older poem, as well as an excerpt from his joint writing project with Antoine Jaccoud. Then Antoine Jaccoud also reads an excerpt from a text written as part of this project.

She’s presenting her translation of the novel “Die sanfte Gleichgültigkeit der Welt” by the Swiss German writer Peter Stamm (S. Fischer Verlag).

 

Zorana Rackov. Translator French > Serbian.

She’s presenting her translation of the novel “Hériter du silence” by the Swiss French speaking writer Mathias Howald (Editions d’autre part, 2018).

 

Irina Talevska. Translator Italian > Macedonian.

She’s presenting her translation of the novel “I beati anni del castigo” ( Edizioni Adelphi) by the Swiss Italian speaking writer Fleur Jaeggy

 

Amalija Vitezovic. Translator French > Serbian.

She is presenting her translation of the novel “Grand National” (Editions Zoé) by the Swiss French speaking writer Roland Buti.
